  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed

Instructions

How to Cook Homestyle Western Sous Vide Dry-Aged Steaks:

  1. Preheat your sous vide cooker to 130°F (54°C) for medium-rare.
  2. Season the steaks with salt and pepper.
  3. Place each steak in a separate vacuum-seal bag with a sprig of rosemary and a crushed garlic clove.
  4. Seal the bags and place them in the sous vide water bath. Cook for 1 hour.
  5. After cooking, remove the steaks from the bags and pat dry.
  6. Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat. Sear the steaks for about 1 minute on each side, or until a crust forms.
