Here at Lazy T Ranch, we're always lookin' to blend traditional flavors with a taste of the frontier. Our Ten Sleep Teriyaki Stir-Fry is a nod to the Far East with a Western twist, using our premium, dry-aged beef to bring a whole new level of flavor to this classic dish. Perfect for a quick, hearty meal after a long day's work, it's as satisfying as the Wyoming landscape is vast.

Ingredients

Ten Sleep Teriyaki Stir-Fry Ingredients:

  • 1 lb dry-aged sirloin steak, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium yellow onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 carrots, julienned
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice, for serving
  • Sesame seeds and green onions, for garnish

Instructions

How to Cook Ten Sleep Teriyaki Stir-Fry:

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the sliced sirloin and season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Cook until browned and just cooked through, then remove from the pan and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add the bell peppers, onion, and carrots. Stir-fry until they're just tender. Add the garlic and ginger, cooking for another minute until fragrant.
  3. Return the beef to the skillet. Stir in the teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, and honey. Cook everything together for a few more minutes, until the sauce thickens slightly and coats the ingredients.
  4. Serve your stir-fry hot over a bed of rice, garnished with sesame seeds and sliced green onions for that extra touch.
